A purchase or survey completion will not increase your chances of winning.

  1. Sponsor

The Prism New Year Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Waypoint Wellness LLC d/b/a Parallel, 418 N. Bamboo Lane Unit A, Los Angeles, CA 90012 (“Sponsor”).

  1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 4, 2026 at 9:00am PT and ends on January 8, 2026 at 9:00am PT (“Entry Period”).

  1. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter during the Entry Period:

  • Survey Entry
    • Complete the Prism New Year Audience Survey provided by Sponsor.
    • Limit one (1) survey entry per person.
  • Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)
    • To enter without completing the survey, send an email to hello@prism.la with the subject line: “Prism Survey Sweepstakes Entry.”
    • Include your full name in the body of the email.
    • Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person.

Total entries per person are limited to one (1), regardless of method.
Multiple entries or entries submitted through automated means will be void.

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $300 gift card (Approximate Retail Value: $300).
Gift card issuer is not affiliated with or sponsoring this Sweepstakes.
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  1. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about January 9, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days to confirm eligibility (18+, U.S. resident). Failure to respond in time may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected using the same random-drawing method.

  1. Privacy

Information collected from entrants through the survey or AMOE will be used solely for:

  • Administering the Sweepstakes
  • Prism’s internal content and audience planning

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

  1. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

  1. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Be bound by these Official Rules
  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or use of the prize
  • Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical issues that may affect entry.
  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
  1. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  1. Winner List

To request the winner’s first name and last initial, email hello@prism.la within 30 days after the Winner Notification date.
