Ken founded Waypoint Entertainment in 2010, the company behind the Oscar-winning The Favourite, The Nice Guys, Silence, The Glass Castle, and the upcoming NEON co-production I Love Boosters. In 2024, he launched Cweature Features, Waypoint’s genre division, which debuted with the breakout hit Longlegs and will next release Hokum.
He previously co-founded Bloom, an international film sales company acquired by Endeavor, and partnered with Ryan Gosling to develop and produce projects including Universal’s 2025 Wolfman and the upcoming Project Hail Mary from Amazon.

Jocelyn began her career at Ars Nova — New York’s premiere hub for emerging theater, music, and comedy artists — developing hundreds of shows over her five years as Associate Producer. After that, she was Creative Director at Quartz Media, leading design, engineering, and branded editorial for Fortune 100 clients. She currently sits on the board of LA comedy venue The Elysian and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ciara is a strategist with a focus on brand, content, and talent partnerships across consumer, media, and wellness industries. She began her career on the Events + Civic Engagement teams at The Wing before joining Accenture Strategy as a Senior Analyst, where she advised clients on innovation and digital transformation. Ciara holds a BA from Columbia University, as well as certificates in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School and Designing Strategy from IDEO.

Katherine designs systems that drive results in early-stage environments. She began her career in fashion and expanded into broader lifestyle categories, helping creative entrepreneurs bring their visions to life across home, décor, and beauty. She was recruited by J.Crew to launch new brands within their Emerging Brands division and, most recently, built and led the creative services department at Beautycounter for three years before its $1B exit to The Carlyle Group.

Nic has produced 20+ films, including Hamnet and Tree of Life (Best Picture nominee, Palme d’Or winner). He runs Chloé Zhao’s production company and leads immersive content strategy for Jon Favreau. Previously, he was Chief Content Officer at Meow Wolf, managing their relationship with George R.R. Martin and leading digital strategy and their Series A fundraise. In 2012 he founded Tugg, the crowdsourced theatrical platform.
Rebecca Prusinowski

Rebecca is a brand builder with experience across lifestyle categories and digital media. After running content at Parachute Home for four years, Rebecca was recruited by Sequoia Capital to launch KonMari — Marie Kondo’s eponymous brand — leading the business across Emmy-winning entertainment, book publishing, e-commerce, and digital content. Most recently, Rebecca managed all content, brand communications, and community initiatives for Kismet — a new pet brand founded by Chrissy Teigen and John Legend. She serves as a board advisor for various start-ups, CPG brands, and venture firms.
Parallel is the sister company to Waypoint Entertainment. Co-founded by Ken Kao, Waypoint produces, develops, and finances award winning films and oversees the genre-focused label Cweature Features.
